Dear Residents,
Following our announcement regarding plans to survey all of the drains within Little Aston Park to deal with the issues of standing water, we are pleased to provide an update.
Ahead of the survey we have undertaken cleaning of all drains and gulley’s which should help to ease the issue whilst a more permanent solution is established.
The gulley’s were cleaned by ‘National Road Sweepers’ following a competitive procurement exercise.
Please see below examples of the ‘before’ and ‘after’ work that was carried out.
We will update you on the results of the drainage survey as soon as the information is available and we will share the plans, costs and areas that we intend to tackle first.
